Hi! I’m Jessica Bryant, a pediatric sleep coach, confidence builder and child development enthusiast here at Sleep Happy Consulting. My purpose is to build confidence in sleep deprived parents and equip them with the tools to create confident healthy sleepers for life.
Parents today are bombarded with so many messages and opinions on sleep routines.
Through Sleep Happy’s custom coaching services, I can help you navigate sleeping challenges for a range of ages. Whether you are looking to lay a sleep foundation for your newborn, handle comprehensive sleep training, or deal with the crib to bed transition, Sleep Happy’s step-by-step approach will give you the confidence you need to guide your child to become a happy sleeper.
My extensive background in child development and early intervention combine to give me a unique approach to sleep challenges. And as a mom of twins, I’ve been there on those sleepless nights. Since 2015, I’ve helped more than 350 families reclaim their sleepless nights.
Also, a few fun facts about me. I reheat my coffee 1000x a day, love to curl up with a good book and spend my days keeping up the activities of three busy teenagers. I look forward to getting to know you better!
I earned a Child Development and Family Relationships degree from the University of Texas while working as a nanny to infant twins. After graduation I went on to be a case manager with Early Childhood Intervention where I worked with the birth to three population with developmental delays as part of an interdisciplinary team. From there I went to teach kindergarten in Dallas Independent School District before becoming a mom. After the birth of my first child, I worked as a nanny and as the assistant director of a pre-school before creating my dream job of helping parents create rested families through Sleep Happy Consulting in August of 2015.
I had this crazy desire to help sleep deprived women who felt there was no hope in ever feeling rested again. When I became a mom, people thought I was a little weird because my children slept 7pm-7am every day, even the infant twins. I got a reputation around town and eventually friends of friends began asking me to help them with their children’s sleep.
Aside from working as a sleep consultant, she lives in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with her husband Alan and their three children; Madeleine, and twins, Everett and Ashton.
