It is amazing what we can accomplish in one hour. This consultation is ideal for parents looking to discuss one area of their sleep routine or a specific parenting challenge. We will talk through your child's sleep + development and you will receive specific answers to your questions as well as a verbal action plan.
You are making an investment in your family's sleep and I want do my part to fully serve you at your appointment, therefore after you check out, I'll provide you with an easy questionnaire that I'll review prior to the call and a call preparation checklist for you.
During this call, we will discuss all your questions, concerns, and goals. After reviewing the questionnaire you completed before the call, we will talk through different approaches, age-appropriate sleep, and create a verbal action plan.

Cancelation Policy:
Clients who cancel at least 24 hours prior to the initial consultation are eligible to receive a refund minus credit card processing fees, processed through your original payment method.
