Cancelation Policy: Clients who cancel at least 24 hours prior to the official start date of the Support are eligible to receive a refund, minus an administrative fee of $150, processed through your original payment method.
Refunds: Any refunds will be processed to the payment method you used. Processing time may vary depending on if you check out with PayPal or not.
Sleep Happy Guarantee: Our guarantee applies to our Virtual and In-Home Sleep Happy Plans: Sleep Happy strives to meet the individual needs of each family we work with and to develop a plan that meets those unique needs. We guarantee you will see improvement in your child’s sleep during the course of working with us. If your child wakes a couple times and falls back asleep on their own within a few minutes, this is considered sleeping through the night. If you follow the plan and work closely (texting updates frequently during each day) with Sleep Happy during your consultation period, and for some reason do not see improvement in your child’s sleep, Sleep Happy will evaluate the best next steps to get you success. Any refunds after the start of the Support will be on a case by case basis and will be based on the time you have spent with your consultant.
