Meet Jessica

Hello, I’m Jessica. As a mom of three, including twins, I know first hand the exhaustion of those early years.

But I also know the power of good sleep. It wasn’t always easy—there were midnight feedings, paci pong, and even those nights where I wandered the house just trying to get to sleep between different children waking and a husband that was snoring.

But I discovered something incredible: the ability to transform chaotic nights into restful, connected days.

Why I Do This

When I became a mom, sleep advice was scarce. Even as an Early Childhood Intervention specialist, no one taught me the importance of sleep milestones. It took a fellow mom’s simple words to change everything: "Healthy babies can sleep 7 am to 7 pm, right?"

Those words sparked a journey that led to happy, rested children and a happier, more connected family life over the last 22 years.

Taking the Leap

18 years ago, I was the mom who got strange looks from other mothers because at every event I walked in balancing two babies in my arms while my preschooler followed close behind. The moms joked about how relaxed and calm I was.  For years, I assumed that was because I had been around many children babysitting and nannying from 12 through my first years of teaching kindergarten before having my first child at 27.

It wasn’t until those moms discovered that all my kids were in their beds at 7pm every night that I wondered, that I realized SLEEP was my super power and the reason these moms thought I was a relaxed and chill mom.

I slept well every night. I had time to watch a show with my husband and complete a couple of sentences. Or take a long shower. Or go to Moms Night Out without worrying if all 3 kids went to sleep. I didn’t realize I was sleeping more than other moms, I was just a girl trying to figure out the mom job and keep twins + 1 alive. 

I never expected what happened next, they all wanted to know if I could help them teach their baby to sleep 7pm to 7am. So I did.

Fast forward to 2015, after helping countless friends and friends of friends, I founded Sleep Happy Consulting when my twins were in third grade

Today, I work with families globally to turn bedtime chaos into bedtime calm and create a home that values deep rest. Whether it’s resolving bedtime battles, navigating toddler sleep regressions, or creating routines that work for sleep at any age, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

My 2.5yo daughter. She stayed up all night. We had a month long stretch where she was only getting around 3 hours of sleep COMBINED per 24 hours. Everyone in the family was miserable.

Not only did my child start sleeping 12 full hours a night, she also started happily going to her room for quiet time again and even started falling asleep for nap again.

To this 35 week pregnant mom of almost 3, Sleep Happy was worth every penny and more. I wish I had reached out sooner.

This was a tremendous experience! It's been 1 1/2 months and I honestly can't even imagine living the life we were living before Sleep Happy became involved. My daughter went from being rocked to sleep, fighting any and all naps, and waking up 3-4 times a night.

To napping on a schedule, PLEASANTLY, every single day, totaling to about 2 1/2 hours of nap time, and sleeping 11 hours at night.

She loves her crib, her bedtime/ nap time routine experience, and wakes up ready to take on the world. Thanks for everything Sleep Happy!

I am still in shock the changes that were made!! Jessica is sweet and patient and knows her stuff! My 4 month old twin boys went from sleeping in separate rooms, waking every 3 hours for feedings, had to be rocked and held to sleep for naps and bedtime, not on same schedule during the day TO:

We also have a 4.5 year old boy and he is happy because no more grumpy, Mommy and Daddy! I can defiantly say our life is much better since having worked with Jessica. We feel like normal human beings again!
